I have completed my B. Arch from the Lovely Professional University and I can say that the eligibility criteria for pursuing B. Arch is to pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and pass with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, subject to qualifying NATA 2023
Or
Pass with 50% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognized by Central or State Govt. (with Mathematics) or equivalent, subject to qualifying NATA 2023.

Yes, you can proceed for application in BArch.
Eligibility criteria of BArch is as:-
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and pass with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, subject to qualifying NATA 2022 Or securing 60 Percentile or above marks in JEE (Main) Paper II.
Or
Pass with 50% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognized by Central or State Govt. (with Mathematics) or equivalent,

Without a doubt. It's a great idea to pursue a Bachelor of Architecture at Chandigarh University. Seats are scarce, and candidates are chosen on the basis of merit. There are many colleges that accept JEE Mains as well as NATA for admission in B.Arch and one of them is Chandigarh University. Chandigarh University is NACC A+ affiliated and is also affiliated to world QS ranking. Recently, under NIRF 2022, Chandigarh University got 48th position for its overall Performance.
