The cutoff for B.Arch courses is about 50% of the total marks. Above70% and you can get a seat in one of the finest institutions in India offering B.Arch. For B.Arch at IITs the admission is based on JEE Advanced Rank and for admission in NITs, SPA, BIT Mesra, SMVDU the admission is based on JEE Main Paper 2 Rank.
As per the data of NTA, 69767 candidates registered for the paper 2 that is B.Arch/B. Planning of JEE Main 2019. On 7th April 2019, the examination was conducted across the various centers. With 78/200 Marks in NATA 2019 exam and 60% score in your class 12th, you have chances to secure admission in good colleges for architecture course and definitely eligible.

In NATA 2019 regulations, you have to secure at least 50% marks aggregate in physics, chemistry and mathematics and an aggregate of at least 50% marks in board examinations.
