The candidates must clear NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) to be eligible for the B.Arch admission process. Candidates who have completed their 10 +2 Examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as their compulsory subjects with a minimum aggregate of 50%.

D.Y.Patil School of Architecture provides you B.Arch course which has a duration of 5 years and the eligibility criteria is 10+2 (PCM) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for General and 45% for reserved category candidates and the Selection Criteria is on th basis on NATA scores. After the NATA Exam, students have to appear for the Personal Interview.

The minimum eligibility requirement at APEEJAY School of Architecture and Planning for B.Arch is to pass the examination of 10+2 with atleast 50% and 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
