For admission to Architecture in NIT's or any other institution across India has one rule as stated by Council of Architecture. Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch. Course.
i. Qualified through the recognized aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent)
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below: (a) Secured 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination.

First of all congratulations, with 90 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 exam and a good score in your class 12th, you can surely secure admission in good colleges across the country. It would have been easier if you could have stated the state/ region, you are seeking to pursue your B.Arch programme. You can apply for JoSAA counseling or regional exam authority counseling for admission. But, then you can try for admission in Lovely Professional University. I saw on their website that they need either NATA or JEE Mains Paper II score for admission. You can check the link below for details

A minimum of 50% is needed in maths, physics and chemistry. He should take the supplementary exam if he does not have an average of 50% in all those 3 subjects put together to secure admission in architecture course.

If you secure good marks in maths in compartment exam & get qualified in 2nd round of NATA exam, surely you will be eligible to secure admission to Architecture course. Good Luck.
