I'm giving you the current eligibility conditions for B.Arch through NATA exam and JEE Mains paper 2. I hope that there will be no changes in two years.
For NATA exam:
1) All Admissions to architecture degree course shall be subject to passing of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture
2) Candidates should have a minimum score of 40% in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) i.e. at least 80/200, for consideration of admission into first year B.Arch.
3) Candidates should have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks with Mathemati

It will be hard though to get B.Arch as you have not crossed the 75% benchmark for the JEE Mains exam. You can try other fields if you want.

Candidates must have a minimum of 40% marks in the All India National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture (CoA) and must have passed any one of the following courses with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate:
10+2 with Mathematics and English as compulsory subject or 3 years Diploma (any stream) after 10 years of schooling recognized by Central/State Government with mathematics and English as compulsory subjects.
