According to me their eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 and English must be studied as a subject. Along with this a candidate must have 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics separately

Every year there has been a rank fluctuation in the counseling. An average percentile of 85-90 maybe the cut off this year around for School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.

This is how one could get an admission in SPA Delhi, these are the guidelines:
An applicant can apply for single programme/Course only. The application fee for PG programme/Course is Rs. 1500/- and can paid electronically only. Shortlisted/eligible candidates shall be notified on the Schools Website and must bring a print out of online filled application along with original certificates & Self-attested photocopies and project work/portfolio etc. At the time of test/interview.
