According to me their eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 and English must be studied as a subject. Along with this a candidate must have 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics separately. Along with this candidate must be qualified NATA 2020 with the average marks of 80 or above or JEE Main (Paper II) (80 percentile or above). LPU is offering, C. O. A approved professional degree having elite architectural education nourishing students with designing and software skills. You are expecting 180 + marks in JEE Main Paper 2 which means you will be eligible to get admission in LPU. In fact, you may get very good scholarship also on the basis of marks in JEE Mains paper 2. Every year there has been a rank fluctuation in the counseling. An average percentile of 85-90 maybe the cut off this year around for School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.

This is how one could get an admission in SPA Delhi, these are the guidelines:
An applicant can apply for single programme/Course only. The application fee for PG programme/Course is Rs. 1500/- and can paid electronically only. Shortlisted/eligible candidates shall be notified on the Schools Website and must bring a print out of online filled application along with original certificates & Self-attested photocopies and project work/portfolio etc. At the time of test/interview. The school reserves the right to reject/cancel any application without assigning any reason to the applicant. Admission will be based on performance in the qualifying examination and/or GATE/CED/Project/Portfolio, Statement of purpose, test or an interview
A candidate who is yet to appear for their final examinations are also eligible to apply provided they meet eligibility criteria and their final results are published and submitted by 31st October 2016 or as decided by the authorities of the School. In case a candidate is admitted to the course but on the declaration of results, he/she does not meet minimum qualifying marks, his/her admission shall stand cancelled and the fee will be forfeited and only security deposits will be refunded subject to production of NO due certificate
