Hi Ankit, Being an Education Consultant, I am happy to SEE your marks expectation in JEE Main Paper 2. So, I suggest you to take admission only in any premier institute. Being a resident of Jalandhar City, I am well aware of LPU and I strongly recommend you to take admission in LPU. Although LPU requires NATA but With my best of my knowledge you can get an Admission in B.Arch in LPU. Programme Details
According to me their eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 and English must be studied as a subject. Along with this a candidate must have 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics separately

No, you can't get admission in spa Delhi with this score in JEE Mains paper 2. I will suggest you to go for private colleges like Amity University or Lovely Professional University in Delhi for Bachelor of Architecture Courses.

Hi,
Every year there has been a rank fluctuation in the counseling. An average percentile of 85-90 maybe the cut off this year around for School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.

Candidates shall be eligible for admission to the First Year of the Bachelor's Degree programme in Architecture or Planning if they have obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate with mathematics as a subject in the class 12th or qualifying examination. You should also have a good score in JEE Mains paper-2. So, you are eligible for admission.

Good, the broad objective of the programme is to impart both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to students to prepare them for a professional career in the field of architecture. Much of the theoretical knowledge is gained in application and research mode being integrated into practical / studio and seminar activity based courses. The programme is also designed to meet the guidelines of the Council of Architecture for B.Arch Degree that meets the eligibility criteria for registration with the COA as an Architect.

This is not a question to ask it's for sure you are gonna get a seat in spa Delhi
but you should check their website once for the boards percentage.

This is how one could get an admission in SPA Delhi, these are the guidelines:
An applicant can apply for single programme/Course only. The application fee for PG programme/Course is Rs. 1500/- and can paid electronically only. Shortlisted/eligible candidates shall be notified on the Schools Website and must bring a print out of online filled application along with original certificates & Self-attested photocopies and project work/portfolio etc. At the time of test/interview.
