Hi Harsh, Sorry my friend, but architecture is not a field of packages! Here you have to intern, gradually increase your experience and skills, and the salary also increases with experience. You start with a very small salary 25k or less and than it can increase upto anything. You get the best experience under reputed architects. And usually these reputed architects don't give much salary and often work individually with few people under them. In such firms you get an overall exposure of the field.
