Hi,Which state do you belong to ? In Karnataka, The rank list is already out.You need to submit your scorecards to the regional Authority to get your name listed for ranks.

Yes, you may get in with that rank, here is a link for all approved architecture colleges across India - https://www.coa.gov.in/index1.php?lang=1&level=0&linkid=25&lid=26, I would suggest you to look in to BGS School of Architecture and Planning as well.
