Both the courses are evergreen courses , there might be slight fluctuation in demand with time but both the courses provide ample amount of opportunities so opt for the course according to your interest and strength

Specifically if you are talking about placement after doing B.Arch course , then IIT Kharagpur has no match. people landing up with jobs in MNCs and e-commerce with pacakge as much as 27lakhs !!. Yes you heard me right. IIT KGP often pulls off 100% placement in B.Arch course with companies varying from flipkart/Microsoft to core companies like Total environment and space matrix .
There is a big misconception in India that Architects cannot get placed. But actually it is not the case. The placement stats in IIT roorkee is also impressive. Daar ,VConstruction came there for placements.
SPA Delhi/NITs have also organised placement , though
