Hi Sashi, the three fields you stated leads to different career opportunities.The best way to decide is by figuring out your interests and career plans. Though you are too young to decide your career you will know what you like the most. If you are fond of physics and mathematics and aspire to become an engineer or scientist choose B.Tech. B. Arch is more about technical course. It is the related to designing and constructing buildings and other physical structures.
Project management is much inclined towards the management aspects. Although Project management is not a rocket science, yet it often gets dressed up that way.
