With such a nice percentage in your 12th exams and a respectable score in NATA, you have a very good chance for getting B.Arch admission at GEC, Thrissur. For you to be eligible, the criteria require a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in your 12th exams, which you easily meet.Though the specific cutoffs can change each year, the closing rank for the B.Arch course was 175 for the General category, in 2024.I advice you reaching out directly to the college's admission office or checking their official website for the most accurate and up-to-date information.Best of luck with your application.

NATA score which is good enough for admission into B.Arch at APEEJAY School of Architecture and Planning is compulsory. Even if it changes year to year, a NATA score above 100 out of 200 is almost always taken as a competing score. The higher the score, the better the chances for admission in all institutes, particularly for the popular ones. NATA score is relevant for eligibility purposes. The other eligibility requisites include a brilliant mathematical academic background coupled with similar subjects. One tends to encourage aiming for a score that would be inside the upper percentile, as it would really favor the selection process. P

In APEEJAY School of Architecture and Planning, the annual tuition fee for a Bachelor's in Architecture course would probably range from like INR 1,00,000 to INR 1,50,000 for a normal academic year. The amounts would definitely raise along with other charges, fees, additional facilities, etc. As this is a five-year program, a student may end up incurring INR 5,00,000 to INR 7,50,000 in total. Also note that they need to include all the not so visible costs like materials and software along with project work which is normally a part of architecture colleges into this kind of study budget.
