No, the admission criteria for MSAJAA courses is entrance-based. Admission to BArch is based on NATA scores. The Candiates who match the required NATA percentile will be shortlisted and can further continue the admission procedure. Candidates seeking admission to the M.Arch course have to register with Anna University for counseling. Apart from this, forms for admission can be filled out online and are available at the official website of college. The application fee charged by the college amounts to INR 500. The candidates have to make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria before applying for admission.

The total tuition fee for B.Arch at Mohamed Sathak A.J. Academy of Architecture is INR 2.50 lakhs for 5 years. Candidates have to pay the fees semester-wise, i.e., in every six months. The fee is as per the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission 2023 and it is for the candidates selected via counseling. B.Arch at MSAJAA is a five-year, full-time, regular course which is offered in affiliation with the Anna University.
