Yes. The authorities are expected to accept fresh registrations for UPCET BArch spot round counselling. Candidates will be able to register for the spot round counselling at their preferred institute. However, the authorities will give preference to those candidates who have participated in the earlier rounds of counselling and have not been allotted yet. The remaining seats will be allotted to eligible candidates with a valid NATA score.

No. The UPCET BArch spot round counselling will be conducted offline. All of the registered and eligible candidates will have to report to their preferred institute to participate in the spot round counselling of UPCET BArch. No online counselling will be held. Candidates who have been registered for the counselling process but have not yet been allotted will be given first preference for allotment in the vacant seats.

UPCET BArch spot round counselling will be held by the authorities if there are vacant seats left after all counselling rounds are over. The spot round of UPCET BArch counselling will be conducted offline at their preferred institute. The details regarding the spot round will be announced online.

To calculate your JEE B.Arch rank, you have to wait for the All India Rank (AIR) list to be released by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The rank is determined based on your percentile score and the exam performance of other candidates. Once the AIR list is published, you will find your rank corresponding to your percentile. Keep an eye on the JEE official website and related notifications for updates on the placement notification.

Admission to B.Arch. at VIT Vellore is done based on the scores obtained in the NATA exam. The last date for applying for the course was 15th June 2024. To be eligible for the course, the candidates must have paased class 12th with a minimum of 50% scores from any recognized board. There are in total 40 seats available for the course.
