Can I do both B.com and CMA (ICWA) at a same time like B.com from JNU and CMA from othe coaching ? And what is the fee structure for B.com?

Yes, you can do you can prepare for CMA side by side while giving B.Com also fees for B.Com would be INR 10,000 to INR 20,000. It depends which or university is this.
