VIT Vellore conducts counselling round after shortlisting students for admission. The institute shortlist applications based on merit in the last qualifying examination, i.e., Class 12 and fulfilment of the eligibility requirements. At the time of counselling, shortlisted candidates have to report at the institute and submit the important documents for verification. After the document verification and admission fee payment, seat is allotted to the candidate.

Hi Praveen, As long as you are pursuing your B.Com you should continue to work as Junior Sales Executive. After completion, you should opt for MBA. If you don't have any financial problem, then my advice would be that you should go for regular MBA rather than a distance one. Regular classroom programme is preferred over distance programme in the industry. Also ICICI and other major banks have their own MBA programme in banking and financial management.
