Hi
Both the courses will introduce you and teach you the subjects in detail. The eligibility criteria for admission to both the courses remains the same for most of the college universities. The only difference between these two is that in B.Com (Hons) you can specialize in a specific subject like accounting whereas in B.Com (P), you will get an overview of all the subjects taught in the B.Com (Hons) course.

After completing B.Com, you should go for MBA or M.Com as both of them are the right options. You also have the option of banking, if you apply for SBI, you definitely touch heights in banking sector for sure.
