Yes, although you have done your graduation from distant learning you can still apply for MS in US. They will only consider the post graduation degree or graduation degree not weather you have attended the classes or not. Also, you have to pass some interviews for it. Hope this might help you:). .

Pass with 55% aggregate marks in B.Tech. Or B.E. With specialisation in Science and Mathematics or equivalent
