Hi Abhishek,
Yes, you can get admission in B.Com honours course without mathematics. Maths is not compulsory at all. However, the knowledge of mathematics is required in B.Com courses, which you will learn in the classroom. However, whether you will get a seat in this college or not depends on the cutoff. Most probably in second or third round, you will get a seat.

Yes, of course you can do B.Com with these percentage of marks, but you will get admission in private college for this so you can apply for private colleges. Good luck.

As you have scored 72% in class 12th board, you are eligible to take admission in B.Com honours course. No, mathematics is not compulsory. Only basic knowledge of maths are required, which you will learn in B.Com. Best of luck.
