Candidates who wants to take admission need to complete graduation and Post-graduation with 50% and for those who has done B.Tech, B.Sc. and B.Sc. Mathematics with 55% can apply.

Of course, you can. I can't bet but if you are from general caste and can score in the range of 90%. Then, I am sure you will secure a seat in not just South Campus but in one of the few colleges of North Campus too.
* Please mind that other factors make a difference too. For example, cut offs vary from course to course. Cut-off of B.Com would not be less then 90% but for BA it can go below 85% too.
* I gave my boards last year and went through the same process of applying and then constantly analyzing cut-off lists of DU, and it isn't that hard. I am not any one to guarantee but looking at the trends of past 2-3 years
