There are two choices, after completing B.Com. The first one is Higher Studies and second is job !Consider first choice :- You can apply for following courses after completing B.Com in Accounting and Finance :-
1) M.Com
2) MBA in Finance or Financial Management or Accounting etc.
3) B.Ed.
4) PGDM
5) DTL !

As a recommendation, you can opt for a globally recognized US professional course that you can do alongside your B.Com.

As you said, you passed B.Com, so you are eligible for Intermediate level. CS is mostly for secretary which means legal security which an entity want. You can enroll in it. Hope it will help you.
