A candidate must have passed 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a recognised board or university under any stream. Now there is no upper limit to pursue law, if you are interested in the field of Law, you can apply and hope you will get admission there is also precedent and judgement given by SC on the same issue, so according to me you can appear for the same without any hurdle.

To get admission for B.Com LL.B (Hons.) degree course:
A student should have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) system or an examination equivalent in the first attempt with no less than 50% (45% in the case of SC/ST candidates and persons with disability) in the aggregate and then appear for CLAT examination.
