Hey Preeti,
Yes, it is definitely possible but would advice you to go for coaching.
It helps you to clear your basic concept of the subjects which will be better for you.
But self study is the best tool for success.
Make sure that you must make self study properly after taking coaching.

After B.Com Hons., there are jobs available in government and private sector for you. However, let's not forget that B.Com is just a graduation course, therefore the job scope isn't that great for you. It does not mean that there are no jobs available for you. This is not the case, there are jobs, but not enough and the competition would be very tough.
To get job in government sector such as:
CDS
IAS
IPS
You will have to appear in competitive exams. UPSC conducts several exams for jobs in government sector. Some of these exams include:
Civil Service Exam
CGLE
CMLE

You need to apply for admission in the open university as the percentage you got is quite low. You can opt for a vocational course along with your graduation.
