Hi Manish,
It is better to go for a job, if you can as it would provide you with industrial exposure. After taking experience of at least 2 to 3 years, you can pursue MBA.

No other specific qualification are needed as you have completed B.com. Animation can even be pursued after 12th. So now, you just directly need to opt for the course.

The eligibility criteria to join admin branch of Indian Air Force (IAF) is as follows" Graduation degree (minimum three years degree course) in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum 60% marks or equivalent". You will be considered for Air Traffic Controller and Fighter controller roles once you join Admin branch. By the way, you are also eligible for accounts branch of IAF.
