1. M.Com: The course is an extension to B.Com and it will help you gain a deeper insight into general functions of working of a business. Generally, those who want to do research work undertake this course. An obvious progression would be to do an M.Phil followed by a Ph.D depending on the level of expertise desired. Jobs available are teacher in schools and college.
On corporate side you have opportunity in finance department of corporate to work as an analyst, research work, consulting, etc.

As IIBF is the institution that is named after India, I would prefer you to do some research over it and then take your final decision.

Yes, you can apply for CDAC course.
Admissions to all PG Diploma courses of C-DAC, except PG-DST, are done through C-DAC's Common Admission Test (C-CAT). PG-DST admission is done through a separate examination (Competence in Software Technology - CST) that will be held on 14 July 2013. Candidates have to apply for C-CAT online at www.cdac.in. Every year, C-CAT is usually conducted in June/July (for August admissions) and December (for February admissions). Candidates who clear the June/July 2013 C-CAT will be considered for admission to C-DAC's PG Diploma courses of August 2013 batch on the basis of their C-CAT ranks and center/cours
