Dear Ashish. there are good colleges like NMIMS, SP Jain institute of management, ITM Mumbai. SIES, Mumbai are some of the best colleges amongst many. the course duration around 2 years incuding project work. but you have get admission through the best scores in CAT/MAT. so, therefore get best scores. and accordingly try to join for your better future.

I would suggest you to go for b.com general or bba and then take your specialization in HRM as it will give you better exposure to the general business admin.

Considering that you want to take up a job abroad, there are 2 aspects that you need to work on. Joining relevant qualification and developing the right skills to get selected in an overseas job role.
