There are 3 levels foundation executive and professional
After Bcom you can join executive level

You have following choices: (a) Job in government or private sector (b) Higher education MCom MBA MCA etc (c) CA or CS or other accounting qualification (d) Online Financial services certifications (e) IT specialist courses such as SAP etc (f) BEd to become teacher etc.

MBA through CAT has a vast scope.

You can definitely pursue a degree or a pg diploma in mass communication after b.com.
as the minimum requirement of a bachelors degree in any disciple is a must, although a bachelor in Journalism/media studies is preferred and considered an added advantage. Leading colleges across the country give preference to students with experience. (Internships count too).

For internship you need to write a mail to hr dept with ur resume and cover letter but for the job you need to check the website of particular media company and job profile too.

Its totally depend on the profile u r looking for, try to persue master once u complete your bcom as it will boost your career. By doing Bcom you may get good opportunities,update your resume n upload the same on job portals like monster,shine,naukri etc. For the sample resume- google it so that you can make ur profile attractive.
