Both decisions are okay. If you want to join MBA, better do a job for couple of years, understand the dynamics of Industry, then continue your MBA to enrich your career. Experienced people participate in class discussions better, do case analysis more effectively. But there are also good instances where fresh students with their fresh minds display very creative solutions to business challenges in the class room. I advice you to go for Higher studies or Job without any hesitation. I suggest you to go for MBA, to make your career with more progress. Join any reputed MBA institutions to add edge to your degree. Hi. There would not be a problem in joining psychology as a postgraduate subject. No need to do graduation in this subject. You can take up admission in M.A. Psychology with B.Com degree. Many universities offer this course as a post-graduation subject.

LPU is the greatest place to go for high-quality education and job placement in all programmes. In an MBA programme, LPU has a very good placement record. One of my classmates completed an MBA in HR at LPU and was hired as an Executive HR in a multinational corporation. In addition, I believe you should not be concerned about the placements. Any company visiting the campus would be pleased to hire you if you work hard in class and learn everything you can. However, you must not overlook the importance of honing your communication abilities, as employers will assess this during the interview process. LPU provides numerous possibilities

I would advise you to get an MBA following your B.Com to expand your employment options. The Masters in Business Administration degree programme is one of the most popular educational degree programmes in the world. If you don't want to go to LPU for your MBA, make sure you apply to IIMs or one of India's designated government business schools. Furthermore, I recommend that you review the NIRF B-School rankings for 2020 and make plans appropriately. LPU is currently ranked 50th. Furthermore, spending more money on institutions has little to do with educational quality. It has to do with the infrastructure's quality (for private college

Choosing a career after B.Com carefully is the key to a successful professional life. First of all, just gaining a B.Com degree is not enough.
