Hello,I would suggest that you should go for some other course if you are not able to clear your CS exams, as you are weak in maths and maths is one of the necessary components for a CA. Here's a list of courses which you can pursue after you complete your B.Com
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
Master of Commerce M.Com
Diploma in Banking & Services (DBFS)

Only include certifications that are relevant to the job for which you are applying. Always add certification that you find listed in the job ad. Well, that depends on how important the certification is for your job. Put prestigious, relevant certifications on a resume front and center.
