Candidates need to appear for the Entrance Test conducted by the University.

I would suggest you to pursue a Masters course in fashion designing, as you already have a Bachelors degree in B.Com. You can pursue Masters in fashion designing.

Either go for courses related to stock markets, or go for marketing because mostly corporates now prefer more marketing skills from students side and stock markets are also having very well scope until the person is having good knowledge for the same.

You can apply in any organisation for the post of an accountant which require skills such as keeping track of their profit and loss of their company, etc. For such type of jobs, you should have strong knowledge in core subjects. If you are interested in higher studies after graduation, you can opt for below programs :
1. Chartered Accountancy (CA)
2. Company Secretaryship (CS)
3. Master of Business Administration (MBA)
4. LL.B.

 Yes, you can do you B.Com. 2 year from other universities and one from others only thing you need to take care of having transfer certificate and migration certificate of the college or university you are leaving which eventually have to submitted to the new college or university.

MBA is good choice but salary depends on your college and also, on your capability and knowledge which you will get during MBA. For best colleges IIMs, top schools will give you good package for that you need to crack MAT, CAT, LPU exams.

One of the most common careers for commerce students is CA. CA exams are conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) and require one to clear three examinations viz. CPT, IPCC and Final CA. IPCC exam consists of two groups. It depends on you. If you just want to graduation only, then go for B.Com (Hons) but if you want to do CA, CS, MBA, then you can go for B.Com general because it would make it easier for you to focus on CA or CS or MBA entrances since B.Com general is easier than B.Com (Hons).
