You may take MBA, M.Com or MFA or any other Diploma course. There are other courses other than these Master's degree courses, there are some courses like CFA and CFP which are of short duration ( study) and there are some professional courses like CA, CMA, CS, etc.

There are several courses you can pursue after B.Com. Although some colleges require more than 50% in Graduation. You can try doing certification courses like in photography or journalism or animation etc. Or pursue a Diploma in whatever field you desire. You can pursue M.Com and then pursue Ph.D. later and attempt NET exam to teach as lecturer.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then M.Com is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. In case you want a career in Law then you can also look at LL.B. You can also do a lot of certificate course and explore careers in travel & tourism, media, animation, e-commerce, logistics, web designing, accounts. Import & export, etc.

Dear Ankita,
Yes, you can pursue any master course if you are B.Com graduate but that should be of either commerce stream or of Arts stream. Only one entrance exam you have to give in the respective college or university, if applicable.
