Both course are good and both have their own need and importance. And it is totally depends on your interest. BCA is a purely application based programme, where you do programing designing of web, mobile applications and learn only computer related subjects. But different universities have different curriculum. Generally, the basic course curriculum of BCA focuses on database management systems, operating systems, software engineering, computer architecture, web technology and languages such as C, C+, HTML, Java,. First of all, pursue B.Ed then you're eligible for TET and CTET. You can work as both government and private teacher. You can work in any private school with your B.Com for some work experience with a low payscale. Go for B.Ed for career growth.

I think choice of the course should depend on why you are pursuing the course. If its only for education purpose - Go for any academic course that fits well with your aptitude. If its to secure a good career - Go for a vocational/Diploma course into the industry / field that you really like.
