In order to do nursing, you should have PCB in your class 12 as subject. As nursing is completely belongs to medical field, hence, you can't pursue nursing after doing B.Com.

Please check for your eligibility to pursue D. El. Ed from the criteria mentioned below:
D. El. Ed. : Eligibility:
Completed 10+2 from a recognised board
Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at 10+2 are preferred
Above 50% marks or equivalent at 10+2 level
Candidates who completed their certification programme in the stream of Science must have 60% or above marks. Regards.

Yes, you can do it. If you get admission in B.Com honours and opt for economics as your optional subject for 4 semesters consecutively then you get a minor degree in economics as well which will help you in doing Master's degree in the same afterwards.
