NID Jorhat commenced the first batch of Graduate Diploma Programme in Design (GDPD) in 2019. This batch is yet to pass out and hence the placements have not taken place. Keeping in mind the placement record of other NIDs, it would not be wrong to say that NID Jorhat placements will witness leading companies from the fashion industry to offer job opportunities to the talented pool of students.The highest package for B.Des students at NID Jorhat is INR 78 million per annum, offered by leading international design firms to students in the Ceramics and Glass Design program
