MSAP was established in 1978 and NITTE Institute of Architecture was established in 2015Both of the colleges are private colleges  MSAP has NIRF ranking NIRF 23' = 25 but NITTE don't have any NIRF ranking yet.MSAP has median salary of 3.20 Lacs also the fees for MSAP is lesser than the NITTE MSAP is Approved byCoAwhere as NITTE has NAAC AccreditationGrade 'A+' and Approved byAICTE, CoA So by looking at the given conditions the MSAP also has more experience as it was estabilished earlier hence also has more affiliation and rankings then NITTE, So MSAP is better option than NITTE (in my opinion)
