Yes, all B.Des candidates who were shortlisted for NID DAT 2024 counseling had to summit their campus preferences. The window to submit campus preferences was open from May 21 (4 pm) to May 23 (4 pm). The preferences had to be entered in the order of priority. Note that the allotment of seats to the B.Des programme will be based on the campus option selected and merit rank of the candidate in NID DAT 2024. So, one must bear caution when entering their preferences.

The National Institite of Design (NID) released admit cards for DAT Prelims exam on December 12, 2023.The admit card will be issued online at admissions.nid.edu. To download the admit card, click on the admit card link and login by entering your email id and date of birth.Hard copies of the admit card will not be sent to the candidate.On exam day, you must bring a photo ID proof in original along with a printout of the admit card. Note that digital copies of the admit card will not be accepted.The NID DAT 2024 exam will be conducted on December 24, 2023.

The placements are good at NIFT Bangalore. Talking about on campus placements, the average package offered is 3 LPA, and there were total 2100 offers in year 2022. The Designer students are placed at better levels as compared to production students according to the statistics provided. Various top level companies like Infosys, Nalli, H&M, Nalli, etc., recruit students from NIFT Bengalore. The college has excellent programmes to build students and give them a strong platform and foundation
