Your UCEED rank is very impressive. There are total 199 seats in IITs and IIITDM Jabalpur. Out of 199, Only 30 seats are for SC candidates. So, it is very difficult to get seat in IITs and IIITDM. However, other Institutes like DTU, NSUT, CEPT, UPES are the options.
