The total first year fee for JK Lakshmipat University BDes is INR 3.45 lakh. The total fee for first year includes various components such as caution deposit, admission fee, etc. Admission and caution deposit are paid only once in the start. Students need to pay the academic fee annually.

JK Lakshmipat University conducts JKLU Design Entrance Test (DET) for admission to BDes programme. The test is conducted for 90 minutes and includes two sections. The paper is of a total of 100 marks. Once the candidates have appeared for the entrance exam, they are further called for portfolio review and interview rounds for final admission.
