The eligibility criteria of CODE VGU for B. Des Fashion and Textile is given below. Eligibility criteria :
1. 10th Class completion Certificate (Completion 10 years of Formal Schooling)
2. 12th Class completion Certificate (Completion 12 years of Formal Schooling)
3. A Minimum of 45% marks in any stream in HSCE
Admission criteria : Qualify DE-CODE Exam
So from above if you are meeting the above criteria than apply for DE-CODE exam.

Your question is very relevant to the students planning for an undergraduate programme. While B.Des in Fashion Design is a 4 year degree programme, a BBA course is of 3 years duration in most universities and colleges. Also, a lot of BBA programs offer electives in Marketing, Entrepreneurship etc. At IILM University Gurugram, both BBA and B. Des Fashion Design courses are offered. In case of a B. M.Des in Fashion Design, Students coming from any 10+2 or graduation discipline from a recognised university, or board with a minimum aggregate of 50%, can appear for any entrance or admission process or any design course. You can also have a look at IILM University, Gurugram. You can appear for IILM University Gurugram's Design Aptitude Test (that) with the Interview Process for applying. First, if you are planning to go into automobile industry, BE in mechanical is not the right choice and second, you have to analyze yourself and SEE where your interest lies I. e in designing or in automobile engineering. You should pursue the course accordingly.

Design is the best and the oldest design institute of India which offers M.Des/B.Des in 20 different streams of design. Please check www.nid.edu for detailed information about 20 streams. After NID, you have lot of other good institutes like IDC, IITB, and other IITs and IISc Bangalore, but they are all in a tech institute campus. The best part about NID is, that it's a design dedicated institute. NID recently got ranked among top 30 design schools in the world.
