No. 1 university of North East India and is located in Guwahati. It is more than 15 years old. It has established a vibrant and well-oiled Corporate Resource Centre, which deals with grooming students in facing placements interviews as well as liasoning with industry. Guwahati is perhaps the most industrialized city of whole of North East, and this surely and definitely helps Royal Global University in placements of its students in the industry. Be that as it may, the effect of Industrial climate shows its effect here also and hence percentage of students wanes and waxes depending on this scenario in India. To conclude, one can definitely say that this university is taking all possible steps to see to it that its students are groomed and placed in different industries during the placement season. Private university that offers as many courses as desired by students or perhaps as perceived by the management as to which students will flock. Within a short span of time, university has started many courses in engineering, pharmacy, arts, design, computers, etc. Perhaps due to this, the initial batches that must have passed out since last couple of could have some grievances about nonexistent facilities. But as the time is passing, university is indeed providing all promised facilities. It has a tie up with a university in Montenegro, and this must be helping in formulating of better syllabus. It has two design courses in fashion and interior respectively. Specific to the design stream placements information is not available, but overall scenario of placements of this university appears to be satisfactory. Thank you.

The questions around package and companies are useless unless you specify a domain/discipline (too broad, no insight). Several graduates tend to start their own studio. According to LinkedIn, 377 out of 3500 graduates are Entrepreneurs (Nowhere close to the 60% stat by Submit Shah, but I hope he can give some source). Popular companies (based on number of NIDians employed) are Cognizant, Microsoft, SAP, Adobe, Samsung, Godrej, HFI etc. All your main/sub questions lead to one destination that is how much money you can earn after graduating from NID. If you that's the only concern you have then start your own business to earn. NID won't teach you how to earn money. You have to use the % brains you have to be on the top. What NID can help you to put you in good companies. It also depends on the stream you apply for. Now, look at another scenario. Let's say you love textile design, and you want to apply for Textile/Apparel design at NID, right! What if I tell you that go for some of the UX related courses at NID to get more packages, will you just listen to me and go ahead with it? If yes then you have GOT no passion for a particular design rather than earning money. If that is the case then stop doing it. Have a vision where do you want to be and as a what. You will earn money for sure after graduating from colleges like NID or IIT that would take some time along with the level of industry experience you have Thank you.
