For admission to BDes course at NIFD Global, Dehradun, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. The selection criteria for this course are merit-based, and candidates must pass Class 12. Candidates who have not completed Class 12 are not eligible for admission.

Candidates need to complete Class 12 to apply for BDes course at NIFD, Dehradun. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification. Besides, the selection criteria for the course are merit-based. However, students who have not completed Class 12 are not eligible for BDes course admission.

Candidates are not required to submit an elementary drawing exam certificate for the Admission Procedure at SID. The candidate merely needs to meet the academic, qualifting exam, and age criteria. Eligible candidate next needs to appear in the SEED 2025. Those qualifying in the exam will have to next appear in a PRPI round. The final results would be prepared by giving weightage to the SEED 2025 exam and the PRPI.

The B.Des programme has an intake capacity of 180 seats (Indian nationals only). In addition, there are 27 seats reserved for international students. The candidate may note that the seat intake is however subject to approval from SIU. There is also reservation of seats for SC, ST, and Differently Abled candidates.The B.Des programme is available in four specialisations - Communication Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, and Fashion Communication.

Yes, candidates seeking admission to the B.Desprogrammeneed to compulsory appear in the SEED 2025 exam.The scores of the SEED 2025 exam will be used to shortlist candidates for a Portfolio Review and Personal Interaction (PRPI) round.Note that the final merit list will be prepared by considering the cumulative performance of the candidate in the Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design (SEED), Portfolio Review, PRPI Task, and Personal Interaction (PRPI).So, any candidate who appears in the SEED but doesn’t appear in the PRPI will not be considered for admission. The B.Des is a 4-year course carrying 160 credits.

But they helps in finding scholarships to you according to your financial conditions. We all know that the central government and the state government provide scholarships to financially weaker sections.
