If one successfully finishes the Diploma in Computer Engineering, then there would not be any requirement to attempt a common entrance test for admission to Bachelor's in Engineering. He/she would be considered eligible for lateral entry. Cracking KCET in six months for T. John Group of Institutions for BE/ BTech admission depends on candidates' preparation and a well-structured study plan. KCET is not so tough entrance examination. The eligibility criteria for admission to BE/ BTech courses at T. John Group of Institutions and PES College of Engineering are almost similar in that candidates must complete their Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate in specifically Science stream and both of the college accepts COMEDK, KCET entrance examination scores. Moreover, the overall ratings of T. John College given by Shiksha are 3.5 and 3.9 for PES College of Engineering. It is suggested that students can compare more factors of both colleges from here, to identify which college is best for Engineering courses.
