The admission procedure in the B.E./B.Tech course in Dr. Sivanthi Aditanar College of Engineering is based on the ranking acquired by the candidate in the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) organised by Anna University. It follows merit, with candidates placed according to their percentage in class 12 board exams in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The criteria for selection for the B.E./B.Tech programs in Sahrdaya College of Engineering and Technology are merit and entrance examination scores. The candidates who have passed 12th standard in Higher Secondary Examination with minimum 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and 40% marks in case of reserved category students. The admission is given on the basis of Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination (KEAM) scores. Applicants can also apply under the management quota. This last selection is based on ranks obtained in KEAM and also after counseling and document verification.

It simply looks at your performance in a score obtained on your 12th exams or about at least 45%, wherein besides the compulsory subjects for SIES Graduate School of Technology, like Physics and Mathematics, you may consider opting one from Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, among many technical subjects. Board score accepted across India. Their admissions process appears to be done centrally under CAP. Their website has further information and updates on their admissions procedures.

The eligibility criteria for B.E / B.Tech at SIES Graduate School of Technology is:Academic Eligibility:You must have passed at least 10+2 from any recognised board in India.More specifically, you shall be having Science stream with subject PCM.Minimum Marks are: The minimum aggregate scored by candidates in PCM stream under general category is 50%.Students from the reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC, etc.) may have a slightly lower minimum score requirement, which is about 45%.
