Dear Jayaprabha, If you had arrears and you have taken effort to clear it off and now don't have backs then surely you can study ME in a new college. If you haven't completed your BE arrears then you can't take Admissions into ME. Arrears from the past if cleared will not affect your Admissions to higher studies.

Very hard to get admission in good state government colleges at these marks. No chance in NIT, SPA, GFTI, etc. Better to go for private colleges.
