The placements are currently ongoing at the institute. NIET BTech placements report has not been separately as of now. As per the overall report, over 300 recuiters participated in the placement drive. Moreover, the highest package offered to the students stood at INR 58 LPA.

The National Institute of Design (NID) will conduct the DAT Prelims exam on January 5, 2025.The B.Des exam will be held from 10 am - 1 pm; meanwhile, the M.Des exam will be held from 10 am - 12.30 am.The DAT Prelims for the B.Des programme will be conducted in a paper-and-pencil/pen mode. The question paper may incude both textual and visual questions. Candidates may note that the National Institute of Design (NID) doesn’t release any syllabus for either DAT Prelims or DAT Mains.However, the institute will release the sample test papers for the NID DAT 2025 exam. The sample papers contain the questions similar to the ones that will be asked in the actual exam.
