The minimum cutoff for PG Diploma programs at SOGS, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) may vary depending on the specific programme and the number of applicants. However, for PG Diploma, the university conducts enterance exam JET( Jain Enterance Test) and the selection is based on this exam only. The shortlisted candidates are invited for Personal Interviews followed by GD. There is no specific cut-off marks set for PG Diploma at this university.

The image size of photo while filling the application form should be in between 30 to 50 KB. Photograph should not have cap or goggles. Spectacles are allowed if being used regularly. POLAROID and COMPUTER generated photos are not acceptable.Applicants while filling the application form must use a passport size photograph showing the date and name of the candidate in jpg/jpeg/png/bmp/tif/gif format with minimum 80 pixels resolution.

While filling out the COMEDK BArch application form, the candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph, signature and their parents' signature. The recent coloured passport size photograph with a white/off-white background should have the file dimensions of 30mm x 45mm, file size should be 80KB. Next, the signature should be done in a black pen on white paper and the file dimensions should be 80mm x 35mm and file size should be 80KB. The file format of both files should be JPEG/JPG.

The total tuition fee for BE is INR 2 Lacs as per an unofficial source. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.
