The cutoff trend for BTech at BMS College of Engineering has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for BTech. under general category for all India quota was 2065. In 2023, it decreased to 1903. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 2065 to 1903 for OBC 2065 to 1903 for SC 2065 to 1903 for ST 2065 to 1903 for EWS 2065 to 1903 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.
