For General Category students the fees is INR 1,25,000 but if the annual income of the family is less than 4-5 lacs then the student gets scholarship and the fee is reduced to 78,000.For OBC category students, the fees is INR 78,000.For SC, the fee is INR 17,000.And for ST, the fee is INR 2000-4000.(J&K candidates get 100% scholarship here i.e., tuition fee is reduced and only exam fee is to be paid)

No, the counseling sessions are held on different days for all the programmes offered by Jamia Millia Islamia. Admission to all Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Post Graduate Diploma, Diploma and Certificate programs offered by the University is done through entrance test and counselling. The fee structure will be different for students with different ranks. It is known as fees slab and every student is placed into a slab with respect to his/her performance in the entrance exam. For slab 1 it would be 1,00,000 INR, for slab 2 will be 1,50,000, for slab 3 it is 1,75,000 and for slab 4 (Regular fees) it is 2,25,000 INR.
