Yes, you have a chance at getting CSE Core in category 1 since your rank is somewhat of a borderline condition for CSE Core in Category 1 but you will for sure get CSE Core in category 2, definitely.

As you have mentioned that you have got 98% in boards and taking into consideration that you have secured 88 percentile in JEE Mains, so let me tell you sastra University doesn't have any cut off as a merit list will be prepared by the college authorities. On the basis of this merit list you would be admitted to the college. 70% weightage is given to JEE Mains and 30% weightage was given to 12th boards. Furthermore it depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, difficulty level of JEE Mains paper.

The cutoff of NIE for CSE (General Merit) through KCET last year was 1872 in first round 2000 in second round and increased to about 3000 in second extended and casual round.
In the previous years as well the cutoff was 2979, 3156, 2699 and hence within the 3k mark. The opening ranks will be as high as 1.2k to 1.4k. (This is just regarding GM category)
For further information refer KEA website by going through the cutoff section.

I don't have information about the exact admission schedule and minimum marks requirement for B.Com in Bhawanipur College. This information could vary from year to year, and also depend on the University guideline. It's best to check the college website or contact the college directly for the most up-to-date information on the admission schedule and minimum marks required for admission to the B.Com program.
Additionally, the admission schedule and minimum marks required may also depend on factors such as your academic background and any relevant entrance exams you may have to take. So, it would be better to check with the college direct

There are very thin chances of getting selected from NL Dalmia since the CMAT cut off is generally higher than 90 and hence at 83 Percentile it will be very tough, however be well prepared and prepare for other colleges as well. Best of Luck!
