Yes, it is possible. Candidates who have a Diploma in the field of Aeronautical Engineering are eligible to do graduation in the allied field. It is possible for them to join the 2nd year of B.E or B.Tech through the Lateral Entry Scheme. The candidates need to attend the State Level Entrance Exam as to get admitted into any of the colleges of engineering.

The fee structure and administrative details will be made available to the student on the day of counselling. So you will have to wait for official notification on that.
During my studies,
Course duration- 4 years
Fees per year- Rs. 40,000. (through counselling) 40*4 = 160000
Management Fees : 70,000 per year (limited seats only).contact them for seats and all.
