For admission to COEP college for M.Tech programmes you must have a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of engineering & technology, so yes you can pursue a master from this college after a degree of bachelor of engineering in chemical engineering.

He/she must have studied Physics Chemistry and Mathematics in the 10+2 standard with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the higher secondary level.
